Let's say you're launching a new product and want to make it easy for customers to find more information online. By creating a QR Code for your website, customers can scan the QR Code with their mobile devices to quickly access your website and learn more about the product, enhancing their shopping experience.

Prerequisites

URL type QR Code is available for all plans on The QR Code Generator

Create a QR Code for your website

  1. Sign in to your The QR Code Generator account

  2. Click QR Codes in the left menu, then click Dynamic or Static

  3. Click + Create QR Code

  4. Choose URL type in step 1 Select a QR Code type

  5. Enter the relevant website URL

  6. If you want to link your Google Analytics tracking parameters to the QR Code to track the scans, click on the speaker icon in the right corner of the URL field

  7. Enter the relevant parameters and click Confirm

  8. Click on Next to proceed to Customize and share your QR Code

Note: If you want to keep updating your URL using a single QR Code, we recommend using Dynamic QR Code

Once done, your users can scan the QR Code and quickly the website/URL you shared. If you want to share multiple links togethers, you can use the Multi-URL campaign for your QR Code and share it with your users. Learn more
